  They provided good service (tyre change and brake repair) and were ready when agreed. The bike collection service was very useful!! We even asked for some last minute light changes and that were done right away and fast. The prices seemed very good and we were overall very satisfied.

  Bought two new Giants last week. Perfectly arranged. The saddles were a bit hard, but we exchanged them for others without any problem, and if they're not right, we can simply return. It's great when they think along with you. Superb service. We already knew that, we've been coming here with our bikes for years, but we still wanted to express our appreciation. Highly recommended.
